If you have a ceramic, gas or electric hob then this shouldn’t be too hard to persuade you to go out straight away now and buy this new and fantastic way of cooking. Already induction itself is getting more and more popular but this new idea of having a block area of cooking surface is definitely going to be the way forward in years to come.
The concept of induction still seems very new to some people, induction hobs only heat the surface area of the pan and not the area around it which makes them so energy efficient and you can see why so many people are changing to them because not only do they cook food quicker but they are saving £’s in your pocket.
Most induction hobs on the market have 2, 4 or 5 rigid zones but now flex-zones are making cooking a lot more flexible because in theory you could heat up 16 small pans (and only in theory as i could not think for the life of me someone would want to heat up 16 pans), but I’m sure you get the message, you have a lot more flexibility with the areas that you cooking on.
There are quite a few brands on the market at the moment selling the flex-induction but which to choose is for you to decide, some of which are Neff, Siemens, Bosch and AEG. Each of which have there own different design, also they may refer to flexible induction in different terminology but it is all the same concept.
